Do I need any painting experience?+
Not at all. This is a relaxed creative evening, not an art class. All supplies are provided and you can make your tote as simple or detailed as you like.
Can I come by myself?+
Absolutely. You are welcome to come solo or bring a friend. The evening is designed to feel warm, low-pressure, and easy to join.
What is included in the $50 price?+
Your canvas tote, painting supplies, specialty coffee or tea, pastries, a curated goodie bag, and a keepsake are included.
Is Create & Connect a therapy group?+
No. Create & Connect is a community event, not psychotherapy or a formal therapy group. There will be gentle, optional conversation prompts to use with the people around you about connection and self-worth, but you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
